Edge joins Eurofins

Dear Clients,

I am pleased to inform you that the equity owners of the businesses known as Edge Analytical Laboratories, Inc. currently operating in Washington and Oregon have signed an agreement to divest their interests to Eurofins Environment Testing Northwest LLC a subsidiary of Eurofins Scientific. The agreement between the parties was for Eurofins to acquire the stock of the business from the equity owners of the business. The transaction took place today December 1st, 2024. Our locations, services, sales and project managers, and operations staff will be the same. You will continue to enjoy Edge’s distinctive personal attention and timely results, while enjoying increased testing capabilities granted by Eurofins’ extensive resources.

 

We are very excited about this impending transaction and look forward to the depth of expertise and experience that the Eurofins Group has to offer our clients and employees. For you, our valued client, we will be operating “Business as Usual” for now – same phone numbers, same contact staff, same addresses. We will be in contact with you over the next couple of weeks to update you regarding any coming changes such as banking information, company name, and tax ID that will be necessary to ensure a seamless transition of your account.

 

Today is a milestone in the history of our business. Personally, I am excited about Edge joining forces with Eurofins.
